Success Stories
Real people, real progress. Here's a look at the kinds of outcomes RSF participants work toward every day.
What We Track
Every RSF program starts with an assessment, and progress is tracked over time so participants and their healthcare providers can see real results.
Strength & Endurance
Improvements in strength and stamina that support daily activities like climbing stairs, carrying groceries, and getting up from a chair without assistance.
Balance & Fall Prevention
Gains in balance and confidence that help reduce fall risk and support independence at home.
Mobility & Function
Better walking ability, flexibility, and overall movement quality for individuals managing chronic conditions or recovering from treatment.
Independence & Confidence
Participants regaining the confidence to stay active, social, and independent in their daily lives.

Dane LeClair — From East Rochester to International Competition
Dane LeClair came to RSF with a clear goal: build the physical foundation his volleyball game needed to compete at the highest levels. He put in the work — strength training, conditioning, agility drills — and he earned the results, including international tournament competition in Italy and gold medals that prove what dedicated preparation can produce.
